Clickwise in your tracker.

How it works

1. Link. Your tracker adds its click ID to the Clickwise link in the sub_id parameter: https://partners.clickwise.net/dl/YOUR_LINK_ID/?sub_id=<tracker token> (use &sub_id= when the link already has a ?).
2. Postback. In the Clickwise portal, Settings > Postback: paste your tracker's postback URL from this page, method GET.
3. Sale. Every sale on that click returns the tracker's click ID as {subid}, with {commission} (what you earn), {currency}, {transaction_id}, {status} and {event}.

Events and statuses

Your account has one postback URL and every sale event reaches it. Each sale sends created first; then approved or declined; an approved sale that is later cancelled sends reversed.

Statuses. Voluum has no status parameter: each event arrives as a custom conversion type (et=created, approved, declined or reversed). Voluum rejects a second postback only for the same click ID and the same conversion type. Voluum does not reverse revenue from a postback. Keep declined and reversed out of the Revenue column; correct revenue with Conversion Upload if you need to.

1. Affiliate networks > Create > Other affiliate network. Name it Clickwise.
2. Turn on "Append click ID to offer URLs" with the parameter sub_id, or end each offer URL with ?sub_id={clickid} yourself.
3. Use the domain of your Voluum postback URL in the postback above.
4. Settings > Custom conversions: add four types with the accepted values created, approved, declined and reversed. Suggested: created counts in Conversions and Revenue; approved, declined and reversed count in neither (they show the outcome of each sale). If you prefer to count only confirmed commission, put approved in Revenue instead of created.
5. Add each Clickwise program as an offer under this network: the Clickwise link plus ?sub_id={clickid}.

RedTrack

Statuses. status carries pending, approved or declined, the same words RedTrack uses. A reversal arrives as declined. Set the duplicate postback mode to "Edit conversion with new data" so a later status updates the same conversion instead of adding a new one.

1. Offer sources > New From Scratch. Name it Clickwise.
2. In the postback parameters, enter the Clickwise macros: clickid = {subid}, sum = {commission}, currency = {currency}, status = {status}. RedTrack builds the postback above with your domain.
3. Duplicate postback mode: "Edit conversion with new data".
4. Add each Clickwise program as an offer: the Clickwise link plus ?sub_id={clickid}.

Binom

Statuses. cnv_status carries pending, approved or declined; cnv_status2 carries the event (created, approved, declined, reversed). Every postback counts a conversion and the last payout replaces the previous one (leave Upsell off). In Binom v2, start from the E-commerce status scheme: pending = lead, approved = sale, declined = reject, and set the payout to zero for declined.

1. Affiliate networks > Create. Name it Clickwise.
2. Offer URL parameter: sub_id={clickid}.
3. Use your Binom domain in the postback above.
4. Binom v2: attach a status scheme (pending, approved, declined) to the campaign.
5. Add each Clickwise program as an offer under this network: the Clickwise link plus ?sub_id={clickid}.

Keitaro

Statuses. status carries pending, approved or declined; lead_status, sale_status and rejected_status teach Keitaro that these mean lead, sale and rejected. A later postback for the same subid and tid overwrites the conversion, so an approval or a reversal updates the same sale.

2. Offer parameters: &sub_id={subid}, or end each offer URL with ?sub_id={subid} yourself.
3. Put your Keitaro domain and postback key in the postback above.
4. Add each Clickwise program as an offer under this network.

Statuses. status carries pending, approved or declined. Turn on postback statuses for the network and match the values approved, pending and declined, with pending as the default status. BeMob's public docs show no currency parameter in the postback: set the offer currency in BeMob.

1. Affiliate networks: create a custom network named Clickwise.
2. Append the click ID to offer URLs with the parameter sub_id (BeMob fills it with {clickId}).
3. Turn on postback statuses: approved, pending, declined.
4. Use your BeMob tracking domain in the postback above.
5. Add each Clickwise program as an offer: the Clickwise link plus ?sub_id={clickId}.

ClickMagick

Statuses. No status parameter. The first postback records the sale; ClickMagick ignores a repeat with the same ref and amount, so later events do not count it twice. A declined or reversed sale is not refunded from this postback (a refund needs a negative amount). Mark it refunded in the ClickMagick sales log.

1. Use the token [cmc_vid] in your Clickwise links: the Clickwise link plus ?sub_id=[cmc_vid].
2. Copy your user ID from the ClickMagick Postback URL tool into the postback above.

Before you go live

• The postback URL must be https on the standard port with a public hostname. A self-hosted Binom or Keitaro needs a valid certificate on its domain.
• The portal's Send test button sends the sub-ID test-subid: it proves Clickwise reaches your tracker, not that a conversion is attributed, because your tracker has no click with that ID.
• To check the link, open your own tracker link once and look the click up by your tracker's click ID: GET /api/v1/publisher/clicks/?sub_id=<tracker click ID>.
• Every delivery is signed (X-CW-Signature) and failed deliveries are retried; see the postback reference.
